Spring Equinox: March 25, 2023: Oconee Bells Trail @ Devils Fork State Park, Oconee County

Summer Solstice: June 24, 2023: Issaqueena Lake Recreation Area (Six Mile side), Pickens County

Fall Equinox: September 23, 2023: Green Bird Haven, Pickens County

Winter Solstice: December 16, 2023: Raven Cliff Falls @ Caesars Head State Park, Greenville County

(There is no charge for Silent Hikes, but because each hike is limited to 15 participants, pre-registration is necessary. You can do that HERE.)

Mindfulness in Nature workshop

This unique experiential workshop takes place outdoors … either full day or half-day. Suitable for all fitness levels, and can be adapted to any group’s specific needs/desires, budget, and location — within Upstate South Carolina. It’s a wonderful, enriching experience in the green world!
