“I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn.” — Maya Angelou

MY BOOK

In 2024, I published a memoir about my experience of childhood injury and the resultant trauma. Kirkus Reviews called it “a fresh, open and inspiring remembrance.” Anyone who lives with disability and/or the aftereffects of trauma will find inspiration in these pages. You can purchase the book by clicking here.

Listed below are other resources I recommend to my clients. Podcasts and YouTube videos also offer a wealth of information and support on these topics. My personal YouTube channel contains talks on Buddhist practice and guided meditations. You can access it by clicking here.
